Our Policies
At Skin by Lay, we value your time and ours. To ensure we can provide the best service to all clients, please take note of our cancellation policy.
24 Hours Notice
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment
Deposits
All appointments require a 25% deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no shows.
We understand that life happens, and we'll always do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our small business.Late Cancellation
Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.
No Shows
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% of the service cost being charged and may require a deposit for future bookings.
Arriving Late
If you arrive late, your appointment may be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. Full service fee still applies.The monthly membership is $50 a month and that will go towards your service that is booked. The remaining will be due after each service.
Credits do roll over every month to redeem. You can cancel or pause your membership at any time. Any remaining credits will only be used towards services or purchasing products. Members receive a 10% discount on all products.
Only members get 15% off their birthday month.There is no membership pricing on Express facials, Teen facials, Virtual or in-person Consultation.
A Peaceful Space Just for You:
To ensure relaxation for all clients and for safety reasons, we asked that you come to your appointment alone. We are unable to accommodate extra guest or children doing services. Thank you for your understanding!
